Our Initiatives
ITKI Foundation is currently involved in the following projects:

The project describes the bread making traditions of the UNESCO Creative Cities Network that become a symbol of sharing and giving mutual support among the cities of the network.
HANDS AT WORK: CARRARA MARBLE

The project looks at the fascinating relationship between Carrara – the city of marble – and its talented artisans and artists through video-interviews and cultural itineraries that show beauty and heritage around the city.

The project seeks to strengthen the economic sustainability of local food systems (farmers, ranchers, gatherers and artisanal food makers) of the US Southwest.
ARTISANAL
CHEESES

The project explores the history, science, culture and traditions of artisanal cheesemaking by telling the stories of the Knowledge Keepers (farmers, breeders, cheesemakers) and their heritage.
In support of the PARRHASIAN HERITAGE PARK

ITKI Foundation is contributing to this effort with the Creative Knowledge Platform, which is used to describe the cultural and creative assets in the area of Arcadia, Elis and Messenia.
