Pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 / 2003, we provide you with the following information:
- The data that have been or may be requested from you are mandatory and will be processed for administrative purpose (accounting management, payments management), commercial purpose (purchase orders and price quotations) and for the processing of statistical data relating to management control and the company quality system only for internal use;
- Data will be processed through paper-based documents and IT-based procedures;
- Data processing will be carried out in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and subsequent modifications and additions by internal resources assigned to such task;
- Your data might be communicated to private parties for the execution of administrative and commercial practices in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 196/2003;
- The data will not be disclosed;
- The Data Controller is Tech Gap Italia in the person of its legal representative.
